Resume files are private. With your consent, extracted text is sent to OpenAI for interpretation. Common phone and email patterns are removed, but other identifying details may remain. AI requests disable OpenAI response storage; provider retention policies must be reviewed before launch.

Delete resumes and extracted suggestions from your profile. Delete your account and associated records from dashboard privacy controls. Confirmed skills remain after resume deletion until you remove them.

Optional analytics record feature events only when configured. No resume text, answers, email, names or user IDs are sent to analytics.

Local demo progress is stored in a file on this computer and can be removed using “Delete local demo session.”

Before public launch, specify the operating entity, privacy contact, retention and backup deletion schedule, legal basis, international transfers, age policy and regional rights.
